As a nonprofit dedicated to making running safer and more accessible for women and girls, we believe that every runner deserves to run freely and without fear. Through data collection, community engagement, and advocacy, we are working to transform public running spaces and create safer, more inclusive environments where women and girls can run with confidence.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next phase of Run Her Way’s growth and impact.
