RUN HER WAY MAASTRICHT (9-month project I September 2026-May 2027)
RUNNING GROUP LEADERS / BEGELEIDERS HARDLOOPGROEPEN
Lead small community runs and help participants feel welcome, connected and confident.

POLICY & STAKEHOLDER LEAD / BELEID & STAKEHOLDERS LEAD
Support engagement with local partners and stakeholders, contribute to policy research, and help translate project insights into practical recommendations.
Ondersteun het contact met lokale partners en stakeholders, draag bij aan beleidsonderzoek en help projectinzichten te vertalen naar praktische aanbevelingen.
CONTENT & STORYTELLING LEAD
Create engaging photo, video, website and social media content that brings the project and community stories to life.
Maak aansprekende foto-, video-, website- en socialmediacontent die het project en de verhalen uit de community tot leven brengt.

CENTRAL TEAM
Program Design & Impact VOLUNTEER
Help shape how we design, measure, and scale our work. You’ll support the development of toolkits, frameworks, and monitoring & evaluation systems that strengthen our city projects and partnerships. This role involves organizing our learnings, defining impact metrics, and helping to translate our model into resources that can be shared and replicated in other cities. Ideal for someone with experience or interest in social impact or program development.
WEBSITE MANAGER (VOLUNTEER)
Help manage and evolve Run Her Way’s website as the organization grows. This role involves updating pages, supporting new project launches, improving structure and user experience, and helping ensure our work, programs, and opportunities are communicated clearly and consistently online.
Ideal for someone with experience in website management, Squarespace, digital communications, UX, or content publishing.
social media manager (VOLUNTEER)
Help manage and grow Run Her Way’s social media presence across platforms. This role involves planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content, supporting campaigns and project launches, engaging with our community online, and helping ensure our channels consistently reflect the organization’s voice, work, and momentum.
Ideal for someone with experience or interest in social media management, communications, storytelling, community engagement, or digital content.
We ask volunteers to commit a few hours per week for a minimum of one year. We aim to make our volunteer experiences enriching and meaningful - a chance to contribute your skills, learn from others, and be part of a growing movement to improve how women and girls experience running.
